Good day!
Please be informed that Engr. Michael John S. Pasion of the NEA – Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Department (DRRMD) will be visiting your office on
January 22 – 26, 2024 to conduct physical inspection and acceptance of the
rehabilitated and restored distribution lines and facilities damaged by Tropical
Cyclone Odette in PROSIELCO funded by the Approved Realignment of Subsidy
funds from 2016 - 2017 Appropriations (realigned to 2022 ECERF).
In this regard, we are requesting your cooperation to prepare a photocopy of the as-
built staking sheets and as-built pictures (if available) of the rehabilitated and restored
distribution lines and facilities for the inspection.
Furthermore, kindly prepare all the necessary documents needed for the final
inspection and acceptance, and please extend any assistance that may be required.
