Staff Management

This feature enable you to easily add & manage staff, further keep the track of staff performance.

 Invite and Check Request:


Function includes owner can Invite staff with unique code and Check request easily.

Owner can accept or reject the staff request.

When the request is accepted, the owner will assign the employee's role, such as
manager or staff.

 Add a New Member

Another option of Add a New Member option enables you to add new employees
directly in the agency by the owner thru entering their names, phone numbers,
CNIC, experience, and position title. They can also be removed if required.

Sale Target
This feature shows team’s target sales management, it helps to steam line the ways to
reach sales faster.

It shows Agency Target details progress which helps you to monitor the overall
agency performance, whereas Team Details helps to closely monitor team’s
performance which is involve in achieving agency target.

Marketing tools
This feature helps you to do your agency calculations, papers, and other necessities using
Property Wallet Marketing tool.

 Payment Plan Creator and Calculator

Payment plan Creator & calculator can be used to create and calculate the monthly,
quarterly and balloon payment plan, amount or the time period required to pay off a
specific payment.

 Sale & Quotation Maker


Two options of sale order creator and Quotation Creator enables you to create a sale
order or a quotation for any project or single property of your agency quickly and easily
and send it to the buyer with a price and cost estimates.

 Business Card Creator

You can create business cards for you and your agency’s staff easily and effortlessly by
entering some information like updating agency logo, entering agent name, agency
name, contact number, email address and agency address.

 Brochure Generator
You can create your stunning and Eye-catching brochure of your inventory in
minutes with the best design with our PW Brochure Maker.

 Post Generator
Post Creator is a tool that helps you to streamline your post creation process; you can generate
your inventory post more easily.

 Letter head Creator


This option allows you to create your own stunning, personalized letterhead designs for
your property by using your agency logo and entering some other details like agency name,
contact number, email address and agency address.

Commission Management
This feature enables you to keep track, manage and share commissions within your
agency. It helps to set manager’s and staff's, agency commission rates according to
each Project or individual/single Property sales.

Property wallet app allows you to set cash commission or Installment commission
for every project or single property.

When a deal is finalized in Property Wallet, the system will generate a commission
receipt automatically. Staff can see their own commission details while manager can
see his assigned staff commission’s details.

Whereas, agency owners have the right to edit commissions for their staff and managers for
every project or individual property.
Offer and sale receipt
This function enables you to close the sales and share the sale order to your clients
easily. Owner can create new sale order, and see staff and manager’s sale orders.

Staff can make changes in their assigned Projects and Individual property, while
manager can see their assigned staff sale order as well.

Sale order request


Owner can see this feature of sale order request where he can find pending and
approved sale order and commission requests.

Report Management
This function allows you to view sales for each project or individual project, sales by each
manager and team’s every staff, overall revenue generated from team and
comparison report.

 Project Report
This feature shows all your project reports which include the sold units and
revenue generated with their graphical statistics.

 Product Report
This feature allows you to check all your inventories report in terms of units
sold and revenue generated with their graphical statistics.

 Employee Report
This feature includes every staff report, sale report for managers and every
team member total revenue as well as total units sold.

 Comparison Report
Owner can compare employee’s performance in this feature. It also show comparisons
of different projects in terms of revenue and units sold.
View Permission
Owner can give permission to each team member for a particular Project or Single Inventory by manage
permission then Add People in permission tab by giving this permission staff or manager can see the
property details.
