Resisted Sprint Drills Series (2-4 mins rest between every exercise) if you dont have
band or sled resistance , just do bodyweight timed sprints

Pogo Burnout 3x1min (do a standing pogo for 1-2 mins until you burn out, then without rest do
single leg calf raise for 12 reps while leaning onto a wall, doesnt matter what leg you do the calf
raise first on)
