MCB Instruction Manual

Dear Parents,

In our endeavour to streamline the school’s operations and make it more efficient for
the teachers and the parents, we use an ERP system “MyClassBoard or MCB”.

This ERP system has both features to work in Web Browser as well as Mobile App.

Shared below is the instruction manual for the new parents which will guide them
how to download and use the ERP system.

We request all of you to login through web browser on laptop/desktop or install the
app on your mobile and use it.

Access through Web Browser

User ID and password has been sent on your registered Email address with
school.
Please change the password after your first login.
(Please send an email to [email protected] in case you have not
received the credentials)

How to access MCB

A. On Mobile/i-Pad/tablet
1. Download the app from the link shared above.
2. Login using the credentials shared on the registered
email address.

School URL: https://corp13.myclassboard.com

3. After logging in, the first page will show the school logo along
with the information of your ward like name, class, section etc.
Click on ‘Dashboard’.

4. Dashboard will show you the monthly attendance of your ward.

Click on the button at the center of the screen.
5. Scroll down and you will find various modules:
GRADE BOOK MODULE:
This module will display the progress report and final report card
once the exams are conducted.

COMMUNICATION MODULE:
 Announcements section will show the important
circulars from the school like monthly overviews, date
sheet, important messages etc.
 Class diary will list the day wise class work and
homework for a specific day.

 Gallery section will display the pics of the students

performing various activities in school.

6. Click on Class Diary and Choose the date for which

you would like to see the diary.
B. Laptop/Desktop
1. Open URL - > https://corp13.myclassboard.com
2. Enter your username and password shared on the
registered email address.

3. Once logged in, click on ‘ERP Dashboard’ and then on

‘Show More’
4. The panel on the lefthand side will display all the important
modules:
Attendance
Announcements
Fees
Class Diary
Report Cards
Photo Gallery
5. To access class diary, click on Class Diary.

Choose the date for which you want to see the diary and the
information will be displayed in the panel on the righthand side.
