Project :
o During my tenure(2005-2008) as Production & Maintenance In-charge in Prima Deelite Global SARL ,
in West Africa (Cameroun),I have completed this new injection moulding project & started
production.
o During the tenure (2008-2013)as Senior Service Engineer(customer support) with L&T Plastics
Machinery Ltd (Now Toshiba/ Shibaura mc ), I supported number of customers in project
related activities .
o During my tenure(2013-2020) as Maintenance & Safety Manager at M/s Kimplas Piping System ltd
,Nashik I have handled plant expansion activities (project ) .
o During my tenure(2020-2022) as Production & Maintenance Head- Plastics Division at M/s Supreme
Equipment’s Pvt. Ltd,Nashik I have handled entire plant operation along with new machines &
mould trials.
Maintenance:
o Well trained in injection moulding machine maintenance from 25 tons to 1200 tons which includes PLC
controllers, Electrical & Electronics Power & Control Circuits, Hydraulic & Pneumatics, Mechanical System
like tie bars changing, complete reconditioning, platens changing, strain gauging & screw barrels
maintenance , AC drives, Robotics automation, Servo drives, Servo Motors, Analog and Digital circuits.
o Experienced in L&T-Demag/Toshiba, Husky, Krauss-Maffei, Ferromatic, Windsor ,NPM & other injection
moulding machines like haitian, fcs ,LG etc .Experience in Kolsite 3 layer blown film extruder & MD
Engineering extruder plant.
o Experienced in carrying out maintenance activities of sophisticated Hydraulics & Pneumatics Valves /
Pumps Systems (DFE pumps, Axial Piston Pumps, Radial Piston Pumps, Vain Pumps, Gear Pumps,
Proportional & Servo Valves Controlled Hydraulics) Proximity Sensors & Limit Switches, NO/NC Circuit,
Relays, Contactors, 415VAC / 220VAC / 24VDC Circuits. Experienced in HT & LT system in plant.
Safety:
o Completed Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE (Maharashtra Board) in 2020 .
o Responsible for plant safety ,health & environmental related activities along with maintenance from
2013-2020.Maintained IMS system for safety department which includes QMS, EMS & OHSAS .
Production
o Knowledge of:
o Processing materials like MDPE, PPHP, PPCP, HDPE, LDPE, HIPS, Polystyrene, ABS, PC,
Nylon6/66 (Glass Field Up To 60%), Pet and Poly Acetyl.
o Handling sophisticated mould with hot runner system (pet preform & cap moulds of-Husky,
Krauss-Maffei and Obeburg) & Heavy Furniture Moulds up to 6 ton (Table, Chair
Moulds).
o Good exposure in Process optimization, quality control, man power control, MIS.
o Exposure of working on machines of L&T, L&T- Demag, Demag Make (25 tons to 1000 tons), Husky Hypet
300, Krauss-Maffei pet 250&350, NPM (Italy Make)-900 & 1200 tons, FCS 650, Windsor 30 to 180 tons (Old
Contactor Logic Control System ).
o Production Planning & Execution of plan, Control mould loading procedure & minimize cycle time with

Key Deliverables:
Production: Spearheading production related tasks including planning, controlling & troubleshooting for
achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control. Developing new process concepts for
production optimization and defining guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities. Minimizing
performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material, cost and machine, etc.
Operations Management: Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for
various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability. Carrying out periodic checks to
ensure performance of various equipment’s and maintaining requisite documents for the same.
Installation & Commissioning: Anchoring on-site installation & commissioning activities to ensure
completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the
output. Carrying out overhauling work of equipment, modifications, and major repairs to improve
equipment efficiency by faultfinding. Performing tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of
plant & utilities.
Process Enhancements: Identifying scope for planning / implementing technological changes to enhance
efficiency, modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, etc. Implementing
various techniques for cycle time / cost reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data,
conducting tests, cost benefit analysis and implementation.
Man Management: Directing and leading the technical personnel. Imparting continuous on job training to
the workforce for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness / efficiency. Working on talent pool and
Succession planning of the management cadre and workforce, appraising their KRA based performance and
providing feedback on the same.
