Dear Heads of school,

Kindly note the following details with regard to the training sessions scheduled for 20 th at Matara.

You may share the relevant details in your staff WhatsApp groups.

Time 08.00 am to 05.00pm
Transportation Each teacher will have to bear their own travelling expenses
Participants Heads of schools and all the teachers
Food A snack with tea will be provided in the morning and evening along with lunch-
(Kindly mention your food preference when signing your name in the morning)
Attire Staff T Shirt / Any school T Shirt with office pants or any other suitable formal attire.
(Kindly note that you are not allowed to come in denims and casual T shirts)
Things to bring SoW of your subjects / text books and other relevant materials / Lesson plan
books / 05 A4 papers / other stationery items / Water /
It is important that teachers make their own name tags and have it pinned when
entering the sessions. (Your name tags should be visible enough for the resource
person to see.)
