Minutes of the Meeting:


1. Marianne Capellan, the school’s Brigada Eskwela Coordinator opened the meeting with the
DepEd Secretary – Sara Duterte-Carpio’s message during the National Brigada Eskwela
Virtual kick-off “Huwag ng pilitin ang ayaw tumulong.” Make your classrooms clean, in order
and functional.

2. Mrs. Capellan also discussed the roles and functions of every committee during the pre-
implementation and conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2023. Below are the members of the
technical working committees.

3. Additionally, the school head also stressed the restoration of the computer laboratories.

4. He also discussed the following tasks for the opening of Brigada Eskwela on Monday,
August 14, 2023. As follows;
5. Transfer of long wooden tables and chairs- Romeo Cierto and other DOLE workers.

7. Cleaning of school grounds – Jojo S. Ibañez
8. Classroom minor repairs- Lynard D. Repancol
9. Prepare the needed forms and papers such as acknowledgment receipt, MOA, MOU, DOD,
DOA.
10. Enamel and Latex Gloss white and tinting colors are the needed paint during Brigada
Eskwela.
11. The purchase of materials needed for classroom structuring and repairs from teacher’s own
money is highly discouraged by the school head.
12. Monitor the learners’ enrolment from August 7 to August 29, 2023. The school will also
conduct a thorough reading assessment before enrolment for Kinder, Grades 7 and 11
learners. It will be spearheaded by Ma’am May Dorothy M. Bitara and other language
teachers.
13. Ma’am Lorena R. Tabunyag listed the participants for the 1-week Brigada Eskwela
implementation.
