TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of this document.

2. User license is valid for usage within India only. Users outside India will be denied
access to eduZilla platform under this license.

3. User license for International users is available at a different price and it is valid for
usage Internationally including India.

4. This price does not include any customization charges not mentioned in the
deliverables. That may be charged additionally and separately as per the scope of work
involved.

5. Venturezilla Pvt. Ltd. is also referred as VZPL in this document

6. All payments should be made in advance, for the specified period, by bank transfer or
crossed cheque/DD in favour of VZPL, payable at Mumbai. Interest @ 24% per annum
will be charged on delayed payments.

7. Onsite support and/or training is not part of this quotation. It will be charged at the rate of
Rs. 500/hour. Minimum five hours/day.

8. For locations outside Mumbai, travel and stay charges to be reimbursed at actual by the
client in advance.

9. Any charges / levies arising out of change in any Government policies or imposition of
any additional taxes, duties or other levies will be borne by the customer, to the extent
applicable.

10. The current mentioned price will remain unchanged for two renewals from the date of issue of
paid license. It may be revised thereafter.

11. Use of eduZilla service is governed by the cloud service agreement. Link provided in next
section.

12. Video streaming (For recorded lectures) is provided through third party service providers.
Charges for the same are billed by the respective service providers. Integrated video services
are offered separately at additional charges.

13. Mobile API access is NOT part of our offerings. It may be availed through a separate
agreement. Additional charges applicable.

below. This document is updated from time to time and Customers must agree to the same for
continuing use of eduZilla software. If you disagree with any changes to the Master Cloud Service
Agreement, you will need to stop using eduZilla software and deactivate your account(s) by informing
our support team.

Introduction:
eduZilla is a Unified EdTech Platform built exclusively for the Education & Training
Institutes.

It is an invincible software solution used for business operations of educational institutes. It is


a tool for managing the life cycle of students from enquiry till completion of the course. Our
services have been running live since 15th August 2015.

Core Modules
1. CRM: Manage leads and enquiries with a bulk upload option. Add follow-ups and
schedule visits. Integrate leads from websites, landing page and social media
platforms.
2. ERP: Manage student enrollment, product sales, accounts or finance related
activities. Track received payments and overdue fees. Inventory management and
stock tracking. Enrolment for corporate clients.
3. LMS: Create and manage batches and classes. Mark attendance, grades,
assessment reports and generate certificates for students. Generate certificates.
4. CMS: Shopping cart with payment gateway for selling courses online.
5. Teams: Manage teams with task assignment and tracking.

Supporting Modules
1. Admin: Configure and manage backend settings. It is required to feed in master
data that is required for each of the core modules to function in desired fashion.
2. Communication: Allows the institute to maintain seamless communication with
students through Email, WhatsApp, Mobile app and SMS.
3. API: For integrating leads from various sources such as websites, landing pages,
social media sites, classified ad sites.

custom-defined format by uploading our certificate template and setting the position
of all the text elements.
● Grading: Multiple grade calculation formulae are available here. We can define
assessment criteria along with the Grade ratio.
● Docstore: We can upload study material in pdf format or a video link (YouTube)
based upon the course program and subject which students can download or watch
for reference.
● Assessments: The result management feature enables you to analyze the
performance of each student
● Feedback Forms: This feature lets you create feedback forms for students and
faculty.
● Third Party Services: This feature can help you have the third party services if
required like Biometric Operations for attendance.
● Placement Assistance: This feature can manage the details of the company, jobs,
etc.
● Student’s App: Student zone displays detailed information about Fees, installment,
Attendance View, online test, schedules, etc.
● Trainer App: App for trainers where trainers can see the schedule, mark attendance,
etc.

Communication:

● Email & SMS Notification: Notify the new enrollment intimation to the respective
student via SMS and email. Using the Automated email the system sends
predefined messages on various triggers such as a welcome message on adding a
new enquiry, new admission, etc.
● Custom Email & SMS Templates: For communication with the students & staff for
various types of notifications. Any custom message to be sent for any specific
event.
● Notice: This feature lets you send notice to students, where the Institute head or
Staff can post messages, notes to a group or a batch of students.

Placements:

● Mini Job Portal: This is used for publishing vacancies from multiple recruiters.
Students can upload their resume and apply for the jobs of their interest. Recruiters
panel allows the recruiters to login to their account and post jobs within that
institute. They can view student applications received and download the applicants
list.
● Placement drives: HR can run placement drives for groups of students. Track and
record each student’s progress during the recruitment process.

Trainer App

eduStreamz offers you all the modern features you would expect from an advanced LMS
platform.
● Audio: Students will benefit from high-quality, low-latency audio.
● Webcam: Multiple users can share their webcam at the same time. There is a limit
on the number of simultaneously active webcams.
● Record and Playback: eduStreamz can record your classes for later playback by
students.
