Subject: Application for Attendance Approval for Site Visit

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Ankitkumar Suthar, a student of the 10th semester in Bachelors of architecture


currently pursuing my design thesis. As part of my thesis, I am required to conduct site
visits to Kolkata and Haridwar to my project.

I plan to visit these sites from 31st December to 7th January, and I kindly request your
approval for my attendance during this period. These visits are essential for collecting
primary data and conducting on-ground analysis, which are integral to the progress of
my thesis.

I assure you that I will manage my academic responsibilities and ensure minimal
disruption to my coursework. Your understanding and support in this regard would be
