it accessible online.

➢ Types of Web Hosting:

✓ Shared Hosting: Affordable, suitable for small websites, resources shared with other
websites.

✓ VPS Hosting (Virtual Private Server): More resources and control, ideal for growing
websites.

✓ Cloud Hosting: Scalable, reliable, resources from multiple servers.

✓ Dedicated Hosting: Entire server dedicated to your website, maximum performance and
control.

➢ Selection Criteria:

✓ Traffic Volume: Estimate your website's expected traffic to choose a suitable hosting
plan.

✓ Storage Space: Consider the amount of space needed for website files, images, and
databases.

✓ Bandwidth: The amount of data transferable between your website and visitors.

✓ Security Features: Look for SSL certificates, firewalls, and malware protection.
