local special body, after satisfying all the requirements and set criteria, as
stated in DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-72 dated May 22, 2019,
and after securing a Certificate of Accreditation from the concerned
Sanggunian;

8. Profile indicating the purposes and objectives of our organization;
9. Copy of the Minutes of the CY 2023 Meeting of the organization; and

organization that will verify their involvement in the health or education
sector.

VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON

WHEREAS, Manobo-Kulamanon Apo Tribal Farmers Ass. (MATACOCTA) is a

registered people’s organization by the Department of Labor and Employment with
Certificate Registration No. BUK-PO-11-3824-23;

WHEREAS, as provided in the Local Government Code of 1991, CSOs to include

people’s organization should be accredited by the sanggunian to qualify as member of the
local special bodies of the Local Government Unit and to take part in the nation-building;

WHEREAS, accredited organization/association can effectively fulfill its mission to

reach the remote areas to disseminate information of the identified programs of the
government;
