Document upload Process

1) Student photograph – Light Background, Clear scan of a professional Passport size photo

2) Signature

3) Aadhaar Card
Proper and clear scans of Aadhaar front and Back side – PDF or Image accepted. PDF recommended.
Learners Aadhaar number has to be entered properly without any mistake. Important UGC
Document.

NB : Masked aadhaar shown below( Aadhaar Number will be masked with XXXXX) is not accepted

4) Education documents – Colour Scanned copies from ORIGINAL documents only are
accepted- No online screenshot ,xerox copies of documents are accepted

Clear scanned PDFs ( Merge respective marksheets as a single PDF document and upload only in
correct placeholder links provided)

a) 10th Marks card and Certificate Together as one single pdf document
b) 12th Marks card and Certificate Together as one single pdf document
c) Degree semester/Year marksheets and Consolidated Marksheet as a single pdf
document
d) Provisional Certificate / Original Degree certificates as a single PDF document. If Original
degree certificates are awaited from the institution an undertaking can be uploaded with
a date by which originals can be submitted.

Acceptable- Clear scan and edge to edge scanned without any cuts
Not accepted – unclear scan and parts of certificate is cut while scanning

Not accepted – Only one certificate scan in one page – Use PDF merge to merge different
marksheets/documents into a single document if required

5) Undertaking document – A format of the undertaking document can be printed,duly filled up


by self, signed and uploaded as a PDF for missing documents – Degree certificate only.
Special permission has to be taken via email for using undertaking for other documents.

6) ABC ID – Academic Bank of credits ID can be created from Digilocker or ABC official website.
PDF document as to be uploaded with QR code and Photo. Images are not accepted(jpg, Png
or screenshots)
