Advertising Partnership Agreement

Between :
Wan-Host, with its registered office located at 78 Av. des Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris,
registered under number 92321107200023 and represented by Hugo Nalborczyk
(President), hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier", on the one hand,
And :
FinePixel, represented by Arman Khan, hereinafter referred to as the "Partner", on the
other hand.

It is hereby agreed as follows:

Object of the Agreement:

The Supplier undertakes to provide the Partner with a hosting machine, detailed specifications in
Annex A, for use in the Partner's promotional and advertising activities.

Duration of the Partnership:

This partnership comes into effect from the date of signature and remains in effect for a period of 1
month unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

Supplier's Commitment:

The Supplier undertakes to provide a functional hosting machine in accordance with the
specifications mentioned in Annex A.

The Supplier agrees to provide reasonable technical support to the Partner for any questions or
issues regarding the use of the hosting machine.

1 Internal distribution
Partner's Commitment:

The Partner agrees to use the hosting machine provided exclusively for professional purposes. The
Partner agrees to display the advertising mentions agreed upon with the Supplier in a visible and
appropriate manner, in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

The Partner agrees not to use the hosting machine provided for purposes other than those outlined
in this contract.

Ownership and Responsibility:

The hosting machine provided remains the exclusive property of the Supplier for the entire duration
of the partnership.

The Partner is responsible for any damage caused to the hosting machine during the period under its
responsibility.

Termination:

This partnership may be terminated by either party upon written notice of 24 hours. Termination
does not release the parties from their prior contractual obligations.

Confidentiality:

The parties agree to keep confidential all commercial and technical information exchanged under
this contract.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:

This contract is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in France. Any dispute
arising from this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.

In witness whereof, the parties have signed this contract in two copies, each having the same legal
value, on the date indicated below.

VPS (Virtual Private Server) Specifications

The VPS provided by Wan-Host to Arman Khan (FinePixel) adheres to the following specifications:

Server Resources:

- Processor: 8Vcores Ryzen 9 3900X


- RAM: 32 GB DDR4
- SSD Storage: 300 GB
- Bandwidth: 1Gb/s~
- Dedicated IP Address: 31.6.2.145

These specifications are subject to change based on evolving technologies and the needs of Arman
Khan (FinePixel). Any significant changes will be communicated in advance between the parties
involved.
