Regarding Academic & Hostel Fee for Even Semester January - June, 2025
Attention: All Students
1. This is for the information that all students must deposit their Academic, Hostel
Fees for the session January -June, 2025 as per the schedule given below:-

2. *Hostel Fee (For all Batches) 20th December 2024. UHostel Portal

3. With a Late fine of Rs 100/-


Last Date: 2nd January 2025
per day (Academic Fee Only)

► Please note that non-deposition of the fee will lead to termination of the name
from University rolls without any further notice and the student will be debarred
from all academic activities including Examinations.

2. *Hostel Fee is Non-Refundable and Non-Adjustable.


3. In case of Fee payment through Loan (Only), students or parents need to contact
the Account department for NEFT/RTGS Challan and submit the same to any Bank
on the same day. Next day the previous date Challan is not valid, and a fresh
Challan is to be generated to deposit the fee. It is mandatory to notify the
payment receipt with details to the Accounts Department once the fee is
deposited.

4. Further, the University deals only in online fee payment through student or
parent login using Chalkpad/ChalkpadPro under the following fee payment
modes:
• Net Banking
• Debit card/Credit card.
• RTGS/NEFT (Loan Case Only)
• UPI
The Fee receipts will be generated instantly for online payment.
5. The Students / Parents are informed that the University does not accept the
following fee payment modes:
• Cash, Cheque (Not allowed), and
• Direct NEFT/RTGS to University UCO Bank Account (Not allowed).
The pending dues and fee details are available on ERP Login. For any assistance about
