Finishes – Corner joints found improper finish and gaps in all areas
Finishes – Bends not proper, tape fixed without removing of rebar
Existing expansion joint treatment work – Removal of Tape, Baker rod & sealant
Removing the existing wall plaster for providing the expansion pad till 1m level
Deep cleaning the expansion groove area

PU SEAL 25 provided for 50mm expansion gap
Nitoproof 600 PF two coats applied for wall protection
Chryso Bithutane P – Primer & Two coats Nitoproof 600 PF applied on the floor area
Lock fix done using HILTI HIT RE 100 adhesive for RC wall
Vertical boards provided for wall concreting
50mm expansion pad provided in Expansion pad provided on top & rebar lock fix
vertical & wall concrete casted done for concreting
Top concrete done over the expansion pad
PU sealant provided for vertical expansion joint area
200mm expansion tape provided over the sealant
Tile laid over the expansion joint for protection (50mm small piece tile provided for
any future repair work in expansion joint area)
Bottom portion – ACP provided with slope at both corners with spout pipe
SEAL PU 40 Nitoproof 600PF Chryso Bituthene P DEP 009 Epoxy
