20,000 paid in the first payroll and 55,000 paid in payroll cycle commencing post employee's completion
First year Sign-on Bonus 75,000 of three months with FICO. To be paid back by employee in case he/she leaves the organization within
12 months of joining.

1,75,000 paid in the payroll commencing employee's completion of 13 months. To be paid back by
Secondyear Sign-on Bonus 1,75,000
employee in case he/she leaves the organization in the 2nd year of employment

Actual payout can range between zero to twice the target based on Company and Individual Performance.
