FIRST SCENE

CONDUCT INQUIRIES IN AIDE OF LEGISLATION

SECOND SCENE

PROPOSE, REVIEW, AND ADOPT BILLS FOR ENACTMENT INTO LAW

Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs).
