Collection (Boldface)

- specify the location were you’ve collected the important specimen in the study and
the exact amount that you’ve used in a paragraph form
A pack of mongo seeds was collected from Agdao Public Market, Agdao, Davao

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Conclusions

Based from the data gathered, the researchers conclude that the water exposed
to 25 degrees was the most effective amongst the three temperatures of water.
Furthermore, it was also concluded that ………………………………..

Recommendations

Based from the drawn conclusions, the researchers recommend the following:
1. Conduct more reliable tests using varied temperatures.
2. Use other fruits in testing the efficiency of ____________.

BIBLIOGRAPHY
(A bibliography is a list of sources that were referenced or consulted in the
creation of a document. It typically includes books, articles, websites, and other
resources, providing the necessary details for readers to locate the original
works. Here’s how to structure a bibliography, along with common citation styles)

Evangelista, Eden ,Malonzo, Edith Reyes, Science in Today’s World Series: Biology, Quezon
City, Philippines, SIBS Publishing House, 1999

An appendix is a section at the end of a document that provides additional

information or supplementary material related to the main content. It can include
various types of information, such as:
Common Elements of an Appendix
1. Data Tables:
o Detailed tables that provide raw data or extended results not included in the main
text.
2. Methodology Details:
o In-depth descriptions of experimental procedures or statistical methods used in
the research.
3. Supplementary Figures:
o Charts, graphs, or diagrams that support the findings but are too detailed for the
main body.
4. Questionnaires or Surveys:
o Copies of surveys or questionnaires used in research, allowing readers to see
exactly what was administered.
5. Additional Analyses:
o Further statistical analyses or tests that complement the findings presented in the
main text.
6. References:
o Additional citations or references that support the appendix content but are not
included in the main reference list.
Formatting an Appendix
 Labeling: Each appendix should be labeled (e.g., Appendix A, Appendix B) and
referenced in the main text.
 Order: Appendices are typically organized in the order they are mentioned in the main
text.
 Title: Each appendix should have a title that clearly indicates its content.
Example Structure
Appendix A: Detailed Statistical Analysis
 This appendix includes the results of the binomial tests conducted for different
scenarios, including data tables and additional charts illustrating the findings.
Appendix B: Survey Questionnaire
 A copy of the questionnaire used to collect data on participant preferences, including all
questions and response options.
Including an appendix enhances the clarity and comprehensiveness of your research
by providing readers with access to supplementary material. If you have specific
content in mind for an appendix, feel free to share!
