Application for permission to deposit the arrears of

rent @ Rs. 3685/- per month from 1 February 2020 to

29 February 2020 as per dated 01-12-2017 passed by

the Hon’ble court of Sh. Jaswant Singh, Judge of

Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Sir,

The applicant submits as under:

1. That the applicant filed the petition CR no.

1649 of 2016 (Rent) before the Hon’ble court at

Chandigarh.

2. That the Hon’ble court ordered/directed the

applicant to deposit the arrears of rent before

10th of each calendar month. Copy of order is

attached.

3. That as per order of the Hon’ble court the

applicant is ready to deposit the arrears of

rent for the period from 1 February 2020 to 29

February 2020 of 1 month @ Rs. of 3685/-.


It is therefore prayed that the application

may kindly be allowed and arrears of rent @ Rs.

3685/- per month for the period from 1 February

2020 to 29 February 2020 of 1 month @ Rs. 3685/-

per month may kindly be deposit as per

submissions made above in the interest of

justice.
