1.)Define the meaning of P.E.

According to (Kirk, 1999, Lake, 2001a: 69, Penney, 1998) Physical
education is a socially constructed activity that forms one component of a
Wider physical culture that includes sport and health/physical activity. And
from the book London Review of Education by the author Capel and Blair
(2007), they define P.E. as interchangeably in school contexts, where sport
and health continue to shape what is understood by the term physical
education. By this means, physical education talks about physical activities
that can oneself use to become physically fit.

2.)Differentiate physical fitness and physical conditioning

According to Jorgenson, he differentiate physical fitness as measure of
physical qualities that create the potential for performance. And physical
conditioning as physical and mental ability to utilize your fitness, and meet
the demands of your environment. In other word, physical fitness is
measurable state such as strength or endurance. While, physical
conditioning is through the adaptation of our body to an exercise program.

3.)Give the importance of physically fit

In Mohammed Abou Elmagd research entitled as Benefits, need and
importance of daily exercise, he stated that regular Physical activity and
exercise can help you stay healthy, energetic and independent as you get
older. And can reduce stress and anxiety, boost happy chemicals, improve
self-confidence, increase the brain power, sharpen the memory and
increase our muscles and bones strength. In addition to the claim, Evidence
even suggests that increasing physical activity and physical fitness may
improve academic performance and that time in the school day dedicated
to recess, physical education class, and physical activity in the classroom
may also facilitate academic performance.
