Above is CAD what it’s like the explanation of suggesting putting revolutionize production and IoT

into machine.

Other suggestions for improvement

When it comes to printing designs on t-shirt, there are several types of printing machines can
consider. The choice depends on factors such as the budget, the volume of production, and the type
of designs want to print. Here are a few common options 1. Screen Printing, this is a traditional and
cost-effective method for high-volume production. It works well for simple designs with few colours.
Requires separate screens for each colour. Furthermore, option 2 is Heat Transfer Printing that
machine Good for small to medium-sized businesses. Involves printing the design on transfer paper
and then transferring it to the jersey using heat. Suitable for full-colour designs. Similar to Vinyl
Cutting/Heat Press which is most usable in t-shirt printing machines for local brands. Involves cutting
the design from vinyl sheets and then pressing it onto the jersey with a heat press. Suitable for
simple designs with one or two colours. Can be a good option for small businesses.

When choosing a machine, consider factors such as the size of your business, the complexity
of what designs, and what budget constraints. It's also essential to research and compare different
models and brands within the chosen printing method. Additionally, ensure that the chosen printing
method aligns with the type of jerseys you'll be working with in terms of material and fabric
composition. So, we suggest use machine sublimation printing, is a versatile and popular method for
transferring high-quality, full-colour designs onto t-shirt and other polyester fabrics. Here's an
overview of how sublimation printing works. First all need to create a digital design using graphic
design software. This design can include intricate details, full-colour graphics, and even photographic
images. Second, print the design onto a special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation inks.
These inks have the unique property of turning into a gas when exposed to heat. And the place the
sublimation transfer paper with the printed design onto the surface of the polyester jersey, ensuring
proper alignment. Use a heat press machine to apply heat and pressure to the sublimation transfer
paper and the jersey. The heat causes the sublimation inks on the paper to turn into a gas,
penetrating the fibers of the polyester fabric and bonding with them. After the application of heat,
allow the fabric to cool. As it cools, the inks solidify and become a permanent part of the fabric.

Benefits of printing sublimation is Sublimation produces high-resolution, full-color prints

with excellent color vibrancy. The prints are also durable and long-lasting. Sublimation is ideal for all-
over printing, covering the entire surface of the fabric with the design. Unlike some other printing
methods, sublimation does not create an additional layer on the fabric, resulting in a soft feel.
Sublimation printing is often chosen for its ability to produce high-quality, full-color, and durable
prints, especially on polyester sportswear like jerseys. It's essential to consider the fabric composition
of your jerseys and ensure they are compatible with the sublimation process.
