Issue
• CPU0_Error "State Asserted" and "State Deasserted" are reported repeatedly from Service
Processor (SP) events all. Attention LED may be lit on impacted node.

Cause

Unknown causes.

Solution
1. Reboot the SP.
2. Upgrade SP firmware to latest version.
3. Reseat the affected node.
