Location

Privlaka is a picturesque tourist and fishing village located on a spacious, flat

peninsula. Warmed on all three sides by cr ystal sand and God-given beaches,

located between historical and culturally rich cities - Zadar and Nin, it is the

westernmost point of Dalmatia.

Privlaka was first mentioned in written documents in 1296 as a wine-growing

place. It is known for its beautiful sunsets with sandy coves and fishing

tradition. It is ideal for family vacation, but also for those who like cycling.

The clean air and healing mud make this place attractive to people with health

problems such as asthma, rheumatism, ar thritis, etc.

One of the most beautiful natural assets of Privlaka is cer tainly its beaches and

bays. Swimming in Privlaka is extremely simple: wherever you turn, beautiful

sandy bays await you, which enchant and tempt you with their beauty.

Swimming is possible already from May, and in September and October the

sandy beaches of the peninsula become a paradise for sur fers, and one of the Privlaka - Zadar 16km
most famous kitesur fing destinations due to the favorable wind from

Velebit mountain.
