Subject: Regarding submission of EMF Triennial self-certificate on NEP.


Reference: BSNLCO-NOCM/34(11)/1/2020-NWO-CM1 dated 04.10.2024

Kindly refer the abovementioned letter from Head Office, New Delhi regarding the
Triennial submission. BSNL Haryana has to submit EMF self-certificates of 2437 BTSs
(existing at 1271 sites) on National EMF Portal (NEP) for the triennial cycle ending
31.03.2025. List of the same is available on NEP under ‘Reports>Triennial Report’.

EMF self-certificates are to be submitted after collecting survey data, photographs etc.
from the field. RF parameters available on NEP must be verified as per actual parameters
existing in the field. In case any discrepancy is found in RF parameters the same has to
be reported to Circle before submission of the EMF self-certificate on NEP. If any of the
sites gets non-compliant by calculation method the same has to be tested by broadband
method. Time window of BA/OA wise allotment of Broadband Meter is mentioned above
in the table. BAs may plan survey of sites under BB measurement category accordingly.

As it is a time bound activity, all BAs should ensure that field data collection
is completed before 10.01.2025 and submission of EMF self-certificate is completed
by 15.01.2025 on NEP. All certificates need to be signed digitally by Circle Nodal
Officer, before final submission to DoT. Hence, All BAs must ensure to submit the
EMF self-certificates on NEP by 15.01.2022.
