TABLE 1:
STEPS:
1) Start Open Office.
2) Make a database and name it table 1.
3) Right-click on the option ‘create a table in
design view”
4) Enter the respective field name and field
type.
5) Save the file and name it “table 1”.

STEPS:
1) Click table 1 shown in the column of the
table.
2) Enter the data of 10 employees in the
table.
3) Save it again.
Table 2:
STEPS:
1) Make a database and name it table 2.
2) Right-click on the option ‘create a table in
design view”

4) Click table 2 shown in the column of the
table.
5) Enter the data of 10 students in the table.
6) Save it again.

7) Save it again.
Q1) Display the details of students having
percentage less than 40.
ANS1) NUMBER1/NUMBER2 X 1/100
So, (TOTAL/300*1/100)

Q2) Display roll no, percentage, and grades


of students with an ‘A’ Grade or
percentage more than 90.
Ans) AVERAGE WITH SUB QUERY.

Q3) Display all the records in ascending


order of names
Ans) CLICK ON BUTTON SHOWING SORT
LOGO FROM A-Z
Q4) Display the total number of students
in each Grade.
Ans) count() at clause.

Steps to add a form in the DBMS :


1) Select fields. Under tables or queries,
select vacations as the table.
2) Set up a subform.
3) Add subform fields.
4) Get joined fields
5) Arrange controls
6) Set data entry
7) Apply styles
8) Set name.
