Great Leaders vs. Great Innovators

The comparison between the great business leaders and the greater innovators is

embezzled in their missing and vision in the business environment. The great innovators are

characterizing by their ability to come up with new products, new ideas and processes that

enhances business activities by significantly impacting their industry. The great business

innovators great visionaries who often push for boundaries as well a challenging the status quo.

One of the example of the current business innovators is Elon Musk who is celebrated for not

only the business innovations but also his ability to contribute significantly to technology and

society (Khan, 2021). On the other hand, quality leaders focus on motivating and inspiring their

followers to uptake their roles in the various industries. Quality leaders are adept at guiding

teams towards a shared vision and ensuring that the organization works to achieve a common

goal. Therefore, effective leaders focus on combining both innovation and strong management

skills for the growth of the organization.

The interplay between leadership and innovation is important for the success of an

organization. In this case, most of the successful business leaders are also innovators and hence

adapt to the ever evolving business environment(Bel,2010). For instance, leaders such as Mary

Barra not only enhanced good leadership in her role but also ensured innovation thrived within

the company(Jiang,2022). As a result, the leader ensured that she remained competitive in the

ever changing business environment. The leader introduced transformative ideas to ensure that

they remain great leaders in the world.
