May I request your approval Mr. President to have an Academic Meeting requesting all Academic
Dept. Head the possibility of an Academic Council meeting based on your availability time
probably before January 2025, 2nd Semester, SY 2025-2026 to discuss the matter about the
following agenda.

1. OJT concerns on the matter of PSG and Procedural Documentation Compliance (CHED
Memo)
2. Encoding of Grade concerns about PASSED and FAIL status (Provision) concerning Dean
Lister or Latin Honor Standard Grade Achievement
3. ICST Colleges Enrichment Activities
3.1 Capacity building (Knowledge Sharing and Skills Lecture Series, Continuing Professional
Development
3.2 Mentorship (Join the Mentor/Mentee program)
3.3 Internship / OJT (SIPP Linkages and Partnership)
3.4 Research Culture
3.4.1 Discipline (Focus (Discipline) of Research) and Per College Colloquia
3.4.2 Research/Capstone 1 & 2 Fees
