28. The perimeter of a triangular field is 540 m and its sides are in the ratio 25:17:12 Find the area of
the triangle.
29. The two non-parallel sides of a trapezium are equal then it is cyclic.
30. The volume of a right circular cone is 9856 cm².If the diameter of the base is 28 cm. find
(i)height of the cone.
(ii) slant height of the cone
(iii) curved surface area of the cone

31. A cone and a hemisphere have bases and equal volumes.Find the ratio of their heights.

32. D and E are points on equal sides AB and AC of an isosceles triangle ABC such that AD= AE prove
that B, C,D,E are concyclic.
33. Prove that the perpendicular bisectors of the sides of a cyclic quadrilateral are congruent.
34. The circumference of the base of a 10 cm high conical tent is 44 meters. Calculate the length of
canvas used in making the tent. If width of canvas is 2 meters. (take π = 22/7)

35. Find the perimeter and area of the quadrilateral ABCD in which AB = 17cm AD =9cm CD =12cm
angle ∠ACB = 90o and AC =15cm.
36. A circular park of radius 20m is situated in a colony. Three boys Ankur Syed and David are sitting
at equal distance on its boundary. Each having a toy phone in hand to talk to each other.
(i)Find the diameter of the circular park.
(ii) Find the area of the circular park.
(iii) Find the distance between Ankur and Syed.

(iv)Find the area of the equilateral formed.

37. In the Centre of the garden a beautiful structure is placed to attract the people. The shape of the
structure is cuboid standing on two cylindrical beams. The dimensions of cuboid are 1m , 2m and
0.5m .The radius of the cylinder is 0.35m and height of cylinder is 1m .( use π=22/7)
(i) As the structure is made from concrete how much volume of concrete is required for cuboid.
(ii)what is the formula for total surface area of cylinder.
(iii) How much cloth is needed to cover the cylindrical part
OR
(iv) Find the total surface area of the cuboid.

38.A triangular field length of whose sides are 130m,140 m and 150m.The farmer
Want to fence his field all around leaving a space 5m wide with gate on one side.The cost of fencing it
with barbed wire is₹20 per meters.
(i) Find the semi perimeter of the triangular field.
(ii) Find the perimeter of the field.
(iii) Find the cost of fencing the field
