What is CISD?

CISD (Change in the State of Delivery) confirms a reversal within a candle. It signals that the wick of the
candle is printed and the body of the candle is set to print next, indicating a shift in Trend and confirming
the reversal.

The CISD occurs when the price reaches a key level, it confirms that a reversal has taken place within the
daily or weekly range and now an expansion in the opposite direction is likely to follow.

The Lower Timeframe CISD typically forms within the wick of a Higher Timeframe candle. This happens
because the wick represents the protraction or the initial move against the eventual direction of the
candle. As price begins to reverse from the wick, the lower timeframe CISD occurs, confirming that the
reversal is in progress.
