AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLIENT AND JOB RECRUITING AGENT

This Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on this 6th day of January 2025, by
and between:

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Job Recruiting Agent will
assist the Client in obtaining a work visa and facilitating employment opportunities for the
Client. The Client agrees to compensate the Job Recruiting Agent for services rendered in
securing the Client's work visa and related employment facilitation.

2. Payment Structure
The Client agrees to make payments to the Job Recruiting Agent in the following manner:

First Installment: The Client shall pay the Job Recruiting Agent a sum of KSH 75,000 upon
signing the job offer letter provided by the Client's prospective employer.

Second Installment: The Client shall pay the remaining balance of KSH 75,000 after the Client
has received the work visa from the relevant immigration authorities. The visa processing
period will not exceed three (3) weeks from the date of the Client’s submission of all necessary
documents to the Job Recruiting Agent.

3. Visa Processing

The Job Recruiting Agent agrees to complete the visa processing within a maximum of three (3)
weeks from the date the Client has submitted all required documentation for the visa
application. The Client agrees to promptly submit any requested documentation or information
necessary for the visa processing.

4. Obligations of the Job Recruiting Agent


The Job Recruiting Agent shall:

Facilitate the visa application process for the Client.


Provide updates to the Client regarding the progress of the visa application.

Make reasonable efforts to ensure the successful processing of the work visa within the
stipulated three-week period.

5. Obligations of the Client


The Client shall:

Provide all necessary documents and information as requested by the Job Recruiting Agent for
the purpose of processing the work visa.

Make the payments as outlined in section 2 of this Agreement.


Cooperate fully with the Job Recruiting Agent in any matters related to securing the work visa.

6. Termination of Agreement

In the event that the work visa is not obtained due to the actions of the Job Recruiting Agent, the
Client has the right to terminate this Agreement and request a refund of any payment made.
However, if the Client fails to provide the required documents or fails to make the payments
according to the agreed schedule, the Job Recruiting Agent may terminate the Agreement and
retain any payments made.

7. General Terms

This Agreement is binding upon the Client and the Job Recruiting Agent upon signature.
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya


8. Signatures

Both parties hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this
Agreement.
