Dear Sir,
I hope this message finds you well. We urgently need your assistance regarding the
evaluation of the permanent power supply connected to the FUJIHAYA switchgear. During
our recent testing of the VECO permanent power supply, we had identified under voltage from
the actual output of our transformer banking, the actual output reading is 380V only, and our
requirements is 400V for our 3Phase.
To ensure optimal performance and safety, we need to adjust or perform a TAP CHANGE on
the installed transformer banks. Prompt resolution of this issue is essential for the successful
completion of the project's electrical permanent power supply.
We greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this pressing matter and eagerly await your
swift response.
