7. AMOUNT OF SUIT : This Hon’ble Court had passed the

ALONG WITH THE order dated 05/09/2024. A Decree in the

INTEREST AS PER favour of the decree holder against the

 case of failure of the same, the warrant
of arrest may be issued against the J.D.

PRAYER:

It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly

be pleased to pass:

(i) A Decree in the favour of the decree holder against the Judgement

debtor in respect of Decretal amount of Rs.5,00,000/- along with

pendent Lite interest @ 6 per cent per annum from the date of suit till

realization of the decretal amount.

(ii) Any other mode of the payment of the decretal amount along with

the interest may be adopted by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of

justice.

(iii) An order, if the decretal amount is not paid by the Judgement

debtor along with interest, the warrant of the attachment of the

property of the J.D. may be issued for the recovery of the decretal

amount along with the interest. Further in case of failure of the same,

the warrant of arrest may be issued against the J.D.

(iv) Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and

proper in the above mention facts and circumstances of the case, may

also be granted in favour of the Decree Holder and against the J.D.
