RAPT Demonstration Version

This version of RAPT is not a full working version. It cannot perform design
calculations of any sort. Rather than supply a walk through demo copy we have done
the foillowing

- supplied several typical RAPT runs with results which allow the person using it
to view the complete input data and output results using the standard program
interface.

- allow the person using the program to modify any input data to investigate the
input data options available and the interface operation. Once modifications are
made to a file, that file cannot be run to see the effects of the changes.
