1.0 OVERVIEW

1.1. Date: Week 8

1.3. Location: RMIT University Campus, 521 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh, Hanoi
1.4. Target audience: RMIT University students
1.5. Event purpose:
- For RMIT Students, this is an event to deliver their messages and gifts to their loved ones
during one of the year's biggest holidays. The event is guaranteed to bring memorable,
hilarious experiences and a means to give friends secret presents.
- For PSC members, this is a fun event to increase the members’ bonds and create memorable
memories.

1.7. Event format:
- Sharing session between guest speaker and students with the guidance of an experienced
MC who can stir up the atmosphere.
- Activities that helps you to improve your public speaking skill and confidence.

2.0 CLUB INTRODUCTION

RMIT Public Speaking Club Hanoi is a place where we may follow our enthusiasm for public
speaking as well as build our confidence. Our group offers members a welcoming and
motivating atmosphere where they may hone their speaking abilities. Whether you are a
beginner or an experienced speaker, our club offers a platform for you to practice and refine
your skills. Our members come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, creating a rich
and dynamic space for learning and growth. Join us on a journey to develop confidence,
enhance your communication skills, and connect with others who share your interests.

- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and keep track of the overall working process
- Supervise all departments

- Brainstorm and ideate the content, managing the event flow of the project
- Prepare and finalize paperwork process

- Responsible for promotional activities
- Provide video, and design poster/logo
- Upload posts on social media platforms: Facebook & Instagram

- Create main ideas and additional recreational activities for the event:
- Provide a price quotation of the rewards that were chosen.
- Create a financial budget for the event from the price quotation and the evaluation of other
expenditures

- Create and manage the event’s registration form
- Create survey forms before and after the event

4.0 EVENT ACTIVITIES

4.1. Secret Santa & Deliver Message


- RMIT Students can fill out a form for PSC, so PSC can give out presents and a wish +
dancing with music in front of the receiver.
4.2. Booth
- We will have a small booth with Christmas decorations, event posters, QR code to
advertise the Secret Santa event, and receive the Christmas request.
4.3. Agenda
