Dear Participant,
I am a student from the Department of Psychology and Behavioral Studies, at Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. This
questionnaire aims to explore various aspects of your mindfulness practices and how they may relate to your overall
psychological well-being. Your honest responses are crucial to the success of this study which aims to identify
patterns and potential correlations that could inform future interventions and support strategies for student well-
being.
Your participation is voluntary, all responses will remain confidential and no personal information will be disclosed.
Please answer each question to the best of your ability, Your input will contribute to a better understanding of these
