I am writing to complain about the food I had at your restaurant I have been
to recently.
I have been a devoted customer of your restaurant for years now and I hope you
will take my complaint seriously. This is the second this mistake has occurred and I am
dissatisfied with the service you offer. On 20th, October, 2023 I had a dinner meal at table
6, I feel the price of the food is here quite high, there is no problem for me, what I want is
the quality that you offer. I ordered a large Prosciutto pizza but when waiter brought it
up, it was a medium size but the waiter still thought it was large. This took me quite by
surprise. And the quality of the food that day quite bad, Salad Chicken tasted bad, it was
sour and salty. I couldn’t understand what was happening that day.
Please ensure this sort of problem does not arise again. This mistake must be
corrected as soon as possible. As a dedicated customer I hope you will work to resolve
my problem and find a solution it.

I am writing to complain to about the service I received at Beef Steak.
I have been a devoted customer of your restaurant for years now and I hope
you will take my complaint seriously. This is first time this mistake has occurred and I
am dissatisfied with the service your offer. On 1st , April 2023, I had a table for 2 at 7p.m
but when we came the staff said that they didn’t received any reservations from us and
then we were not given seats and we had to waited 30 minutes. This is bad. When we
asked to change table because that table quite dirty but the staff ignored us and looked
annoyed. Our experience that day was bad.
I hope you will look into the matter and give me a immediate reply. As a dedicated

I am writing complain about the skirt I bought online two days ago.
I have been devoted customer of May Vintage for years now and I hope you will
take note my complain seriously. This is the first time. this mistake has occurred and I
felt quite disappointed with the service you offer.
On 29th, May 2023 I ordered a pink skirt from May Vintage store on Shopee but
when I received it, it was black skirt and it didn’t look like the picture. I’m shocked. I
ordered on 29th, May, the delivery time taking 10 days while I live inner city. As soon as,
I received skirt, I texted to feedback about the quality skirt but didn’t received a respond .
I would be grateful if you could send a replacement and refund to my
account and address. This mistake must be corrected as soon as possible. I hope you will
look into the matter and give me an immediate reply. I expect to hear from your store

Dear Sir/Madam,
Firstly, the room I was booked was not up to the standard I have come to expect
from Marriott. The room was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, and the air
conditioning unit was noisy and ineffective. This made my stay uncomfortable and
disrupted my sleep.
Secondly, the facilities at the hotel were disappointing. The gym equipment was
outdated and some machines were out of order. The Wi-Fi connection was also unstable,
causing me difficulties as I needed a reliable internet connection for work.
Lastly, I was not pleased with the attitude of some staff members. While I understand that
everyone can have an off day, I encountered a few employees who were not as courteous
or helpful as I would expect from a hotel of your reputation.
This mistake must be corrected as soon as possible, I hope you will look into the matter
and give me an immediate reply.
