Test name : USG - WHOLE ABDOMEN

Findings-
Liver is normal in size, shows nodular parenchyma echotexture. No focal lesions are
seen. Intra- and extra-hepatic ducts are not dilated. Hepatic and portal veins are normal.
( L- 12.58cm )
GB is well distended with a normal wall thickness. No calculus or debris is seen.
Pancreas [visualized part] is normal in size with normal parenchyma echotexture. No
focal or cystic lesions are seen in and around it.
Spleen is normal in size, shows uniform parenchyma echotexture.
Both kidneys are normal in sizes and outlines with well-defined corticomedullary
differentiation and normal cortical echogenecities. Left hydronephrotic changes are seen.
( Bipolar distance - RK- 9.35cm , LK- 9.70cm )
Urinary bladder is well distended, with a normal wall thickness; shows no intravesical
lesion.
Prostate is enlarged in size, with intact capsule and uniform parenchyma echotexture. No
focal lesions are seen.
(Vol- 42.170cm3 )
No Ascites is seen.
Impression:
Dx Rx HCC,
? CLD,
Left Hydronephrosis ,
Enlarged prostate .
Suggest : Further workup
