ABSTRACT
This project report encapsulates my learning experience from the Power BI course offered by PwC,
which emphasized digital transformation and upskilling in the modern business environment.
Through the completion of four tasks, I gained valuable insights into leveraging Power BI for data
visualization and creating impactful dashboards to address real-world business challenges.

In the first task, I explored the importance of digital transformation, upskilling, and adopting a
digital mindset. This task set the foundation for understanding the goals of the Digital Accelerator
program. The second task focused on creating a Power BI dashboard to visualize key performance
indicators (KPIs) and metrics, using resources like podcasts and articles to enhance understanding.
The third task involved defining KPIs related to customer retention and creating a dashboard to
analyze customer demographics and insights, accompanied by a professional email summarizing
findings and recommendations. The final task centered on diversity and inclusion, with a focus on
gender-related KPIs. I designed visualizations to represent HR data and analysed potential root
causes for the slow progress in achieving gender balance at the executive level.

This course significantly enhanced my technical expertise, fostering my ability to utilize Power BI
effectively for data-driven decision-making and strategic insights.
