Description:

WillowLynx is the earlier Native Willowglen SCADA software release by Willowglen. The latest
version has been released in 2020 as WillowLynx 6.0.

Xentral is the latest platform evolved from our proven solution of WillowLynx which has been
proven deployed in various industries like Railway transportation, Energy and Power
distribution, Water Utilities, Gas distribution, Process Plant Automation & control etc.

The motivation to develop Xentral as a Web-based ISCS software is a testament to

Willowglen’s vision, acknowledgement and commitment to meet the latest technological
demands with emphasis in Mobility, Security, OS independence and the utilization of Cutting-
Edge Technology.

Xentral is an open software platform designed for ease of system integration with multiple
3rd party subsystems. Some examples of 3rd party subsystems are Tunnel Ventilation System,
Power & Energy Control system, Building Management System, Train Controller, Signaling
system, Radio communication, Public Announcement, Passenger Information Display System,
Master Clock, Video Surveillance System etc.

Xentral is capable of handling small to very large point count systems, providing a total
solution regardless of the size and nature of the application. It closely integrates with
commercially available databases and spreadsheet applications, providing a flexible and cost-
effective solution for users. The software also includes remote video monitoring features.

Xentral is available on various architecture platforms including PCs running Windows and
Linux. It is capable of extensive networking, such as long-distance radio networks, wireless or
wired Ethernet, 4G/3G, GPRS, DSL, etc. It provides an open architecture and is compliant with
numerous international standards.

Expected Life Span:

No definite lifespan for a standard Xentral software license. The operating system software
and system hardware dictates Xentral’s performance.

Delivery Time:
Xentral is a deployment ready software. The delivery of the ISCS software to the customer’s
site varies based on the project size and requirement.

Technical Support:
As an integrated solution provider, Willowglen also provides its customers with customized
engineering design services (both hardware and software), training, maintenance and after-
sales support.
The after-sales support services include the investigation and rectification of unforeseen faults
in the software provided in the system. Willowglen provides Customer Support service for
projects under the defect liability period or extended maintenance period. Customers can also
contact the support team in Willowglen to report system errors.
