Sir:

May I inform in your good office that Cluster 3 of Cawayan West District
comprising Behia ES, Chico ES, Peňa ES and Gilotongan ES will conduct
Cluster Meet on November 25-26, 2023 at Behia Elementary School, Behia,
Cawayan, Masbate.

This is in line with the Division Memorandum No. 356 entitled Sports
Program for School Year 2023-2024 of the SDO Masbate Province to guide
the school in preparation for and participation in the lower and higher meets.

In this connection, may I request that all teachers and school heads who will be
involved in the conduct of the activity will be granted Service Credits and
Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) respectively and their travel, food and
other incidental expenses including their athletes/coaches will be charged
against their respective MOOE or any local funds subject to the usual accounting
and auditing rules and regulations.

CONDUCT OF DISTRICT CAMP O RAL

To: All School Heads both Elementary and Secondary School,

School BSP Coordinators,
All Others Concern

1. Pursuant to Council Memorandum No. 12, s. 2023 re: Simultaneous

Conduct of District Camp O Ral, this office announces to the field on
the Conduct of District Camp O Ral on March 24-26, 2023 at Cawayan
West Central School, Poblacion, Cawayan, Masbate.

2. This activity aims to:

a. Know and understand the Basic Leadership Skills of a Patrol Leader;
b. Understand Scouting skills, values and traditions; and
c. Develop the scouting spirit, lesson and virtues.

3. A Registration Fee of One Hundred Pesos (Php.100.00) each scout and

adult leaders will be collected to cover costs of Membership Fees,
programs and administrative needs.

Except Membership Fees, travel, food and other incidental expenses which
will be incurred in connection with this activity can be charged against
MOOE or any local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
procedures.

4. Qualification for participation:

Scouts Scouters
Currently registered with BSP Currently registered with BSP
Parent permit/consent Institutional permit
10-17 years old not below 18 but not over 65 YO

2. First Aid Kits
3. Type “A” uniform, but the neckerchief is a must.
4. Other personal and optional needs
6. REMINDERS:
1. Drinking of spirit wine is prohibited, so is gambling and smoking.

2. This is a live-in training.

3. The Scout Law is the Law of this Camp O Ral.

7. Attached is the program of activities.

8. A two (2) days service credits and COC will be given to teachers and
School Heads who will attend this activity.

9. In line with this activity, there will be a District Planning Conference of

all Schools Heads and School BSP Coordinators both Elementary and
Secondary Schools on March 20, 2023, 8:00 am at Cawayan West Central
School, Poblacion, Cawayan, Masbate. Travelling expenses of this
conference shall be charged against school fund/MOOE subject to the
usual accounting and auditing procedures.
