1. What has been most enjoyable and beneficial for you thus far in CAS?
CAS has been an integral part to my IB journey as far. Giving back to the
community under the service strand has been the most enjoyable moment for me
since I have learned about respecting all the backgrounds irrespective of any
barriers that lie between. My weekly visits to Jai Vakeel have nurtured my
awareness and empathy, allowing me to connect with others and share moments of
joy.
Creativity: Leading the math club and teaching juniors has ignited a passion within
me, echoing the excitement I felt learning from my seniors. The eagerness and
curiosity I see in my juniors reflect a fulfilling cycle of learning and inspiration.

3. What do you hope to achieve most from CAS? How can you do this?
Be a better learner. Using skills of CAS beyond the classroom has made me think
outside the box and sort of always connect the 3 strands in all aspects of life.
4. What have been the biggest challenges for your CAS involvement, and how
have you overcome them ?
Initially, integrating physical activity into my schedule was challenging due to time
constraints. However, by bettering my time management skills, I managed to
incorporate fitness into my routine, simultaneously addressing a CAS objective and
enhancing my well-being.
5. Have you ensured an equal balance across the three CAS strands? If not, how
will you rectify this?
I believe I've maintained a balanced engagement across the three CAS strands,
reflecting on my experiences with equal dedication and enthusiasm.

Reflecting especially after the sessions has made me a better thinker since in my
personal space I can describe how I brought an impact or brought a change on a
person or on myself.
7. Can you describe a situation where reflection happened very naturally and
easily?
Reflection came most naturally when I returned from the Round Square
International Conference in Kenya. The profound impact of that experience was so
vivid that recounting it in my reflections felt like reliving those enriching moments.
8. Does your collected CAS evidence show ongoing CAS involvement? Are
there ways in which this could improve?
9. In what ways have your CAS experiences, assisted you in achieving one or
more learning outcome?
My CAS journey has been instrumental in helping me embrace and overcome new
challenges. Initially, engaging with the individuals at the Jai Vakeel Foundation
was a step outside my comfort zone. I was not accustomed to interacting with a
diverse group, and the thought of forming meaningful connections seemed
daunting. However, as I committed myself to the process, I began to understand

the value of stepping into unfamiliar social landscapes. With each visit, my initial
apprehension gave way to genuine relationships, and I learned to communicate and
bond with the participants effectively. By the year's end, what once felt like a
challenge had transformed into an enriching part of my life; the individuals I
worked with at the foundation became my friends.
10. Give details of your physical activity done through the year.
