Sub: Legal Demand Notice for recovery of outstanding amount payable pursuant to the loan disbursed dated February 15,
2024 bearing loan account number fa1e736f727c9fc0310d3948c.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Pursuant to specific instructions to act on behalf of my client, Branch International Financial Services Private Limited
having its registered office at 01, AWFIS, Space Solutions, 4th Floor, VIOS Towers, Off Eastern Express Highway,
Sewri-Chembur Road, Mumbai 400037 (hereinafter referred to as "the Lender") we do hereby serve upon you the
demand notice as under:

1. That my client is a non-banking financial company registered with the Reserve Bank of India and is engaged in the
business of inter alia providing loans for various purposes on the Branch Personal Cash Loan Application (herein after
referred to as the "Platform") that is owned and made available by Branch International Financial Services Private
Limited.
2. You have availed the Loan (as defined above) of INR 6600.0/- from the Lender as per the loan terms and conditions
specified. This is to bring to your notice that repayment of amount INR 4840.0/- towards your Loan ("Outstanding
Dues") is overdue as on 30/12/2024.
3. By way of the present Notice, you are further called upon to rectify and pay the Outstanding Dues as on date within 7
days from the date of receipt of the present notice.
4. Please note that the Lender is required to share your credit history to credit bureau agencies authorized by the Reserve
Bank of India. In the event of your failure to make the payment of the Outstanding Dues, it may impact your ability to
avail credit facilities from any other financial institutions in future.
5. Without prejudice to any rights available to the Lender pursuant to the terms and conditions, please take note that the
Lender reserves its right to take appropriate legal action (including civil and/or criminal action) against you in order to
recover the Outstanding Dues and any other dues, charges, expenses in relation thereto in case you fail to pay the
Outstanding Dues in accordance with this notice.

clarifications.

A copy of this legal demand notice has been preserved with us for our records and future course of action.

Kindly ignore this notice if the matter has already been resolved or the payment has already been made.
