1. Why are you leaving your current Job?


Answer 1. I am seeking better career opportunity and professional growth that align with
my long-term goal, which I believe are more attainable in a new role.

Answer. My greatest strength is that, I Strive to stay a abreast for the latest industry trend
and technologies. And I’m always looking for a new way to improve.
4. How do you handle pressure?
Answer. I thrive under pressure, and I can prioritise effectively to ensure that all tasks are
completed in a timely manner. Also, I make sure that stay focused on the goals use positive
self-talk and affirmation to help me stay motivated.
5. Why do you want to work Here?
Answer. I’m excited about the potential to work with the leading expert in the field and
contribute to the innovative work this company is doing. I have always been passionate
about the industry and when I heard about the company, I knew it was perfectly fit for my

Answer. while I don’t currently have hands on experience on _X_, I understand its
significance for this role, I have enrolled myself in certification courses However, I am still at
the stage of learning. I would also be willing to immediately join the training programme for
resources within the company that can be helped to upscale in _X_ and collaborate
effectively to the team.

9. Salary expectation?
Answer. 1. I do understand that similar position to the one I am applying for the offer salary
between 5 LPA to 6 LPA. Given my educational background & Year of experience and skill, I
would expect to receive a salary in that range. However, I am open to hear your thoughts
regarding the same.
Answer. 2. Before discussing any salary, I’d really like to learn more about what this role
entails. I’ve done a lot of research on this Company and I am certain if it’s the right fit, we’ll
be able to agree on a number that’s fair and competitive to both parties.

earlier would be very helpful to the team, I’m looking for somewhere between 40,000/- and
45,000/- Monthly for this role.

11.Who is your mender?
Answer. 1. My professional mender at work is my manager in a different company. he has
been working with me from past two years to make sure that I’m taking the right step to
develop for potential future achievement in my career

always looked up to her because I have huge respect for her. I intend to work hard work hard
and become successful in my career to make her feel proud
12. What will you do if we do not hire you?
Answer. I view challenges As an opportunities for growth and learning. If not selected, I
would reflect on the experience, identify area for improvement and leverage to the feedback
to enhance my skills and approach further opportunities.
13. How do you define success?
Answer. 1. Success to me is accomplishing goals that meaningful to me. I measure success
by the impact I created through my work and the progress I make towards my personal &
professional goal.
Answer. 2. Success to me is achieving a goal that I have set for myself. It can be a simple as
completion of a task or a big life milestone. It is about reflecting in my journey and feeling
proud of what I have accomplished.

15. How did you hear about this position?
Answer. I heard about an opening on the Offer through a friend, and since I’m an ardent
follower of your work and have been following you for a while I decided it would be a great
role for me to apply for.
16. What do you consider to be your weaknesses?
Answer. When I consider my weaknesses, I try to see them as opportunities for growth
rather than limitations. Time management is something I am constantly working on. I
occasionally become extremely interested in activities, which can lead to a slight
miscalculation of the time required to complete them. However, I actively use tactics such
as setting reminders and prioritizing activities to increase my productivity and meet
deadlines effectively.
17. How would your boss and coworkers describe you?
Answer. Actually, in my most recent performance review in April, my manager described me
as someone who takes initiative and doesn’t shy away from hard problems. My role involves
a lot of on-site inspections, and when things go wrong, it’s usually up to me to fix it. Rather
than putting the problem back to the team, I always try to do what I can first.
18. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?
Answer. I stay motivated by thinking about the end result. I’ve found that even in the midst
of a challenging situation, reminding myself of my goals helps me take a step back and stay
positive.
19.Where do you see yourself in five years?
Answer. In five years, I’d like to be in a position where I know more about my longer-term
career aspirations as a QC or an inspection Manager. I will have gotten experience working
for QC & inspection and know more about the industry overall. I’ll have grown my technical
skills and learned how to take feedback from clients and incorporate it.
20. Are you willing to relocate?
Answer. I do love living in Pune and would prefer to stay here. However, for the right
opportunity I’d be willing to consider relocating if necessary.
