MECHATRONICS LAB

LIST OF EXPERIMENTS

1. To study the basic components of Pneumatic System.

2. To Study various pneumatic devices and symbols used in

Mechatronics System.

3. To operate a Single Acting Cylinder with the help of 3/2 Push

button type spring return valve.

4. To operate Double Acting Cylinder with the help of two 3/2

Manually Operated Spring Return Valve.

5. To operate Double Acting Cylinder with the help of 5/2 Pilot

Operated Valve and two 3/2 control valves.

6. To develop a pneumatic circuit for Cylinder Sequencing in the

order of A+B+A-B-using directional control valves and limit

switches.

7. To design an electro-pneumatic circuit for the automatic control of

double acting cylinder with reed switches.
