Dear Colleagues,

After intensive internal discussion and weighing the pros and cons of fast tracking the 7th semester B.Tech / M.Tech
(Integrated) degree programme, it is decided not to fast track the 7th semester from the upcoming ODD
Semester 2025-2026.

Those students who will be in the final year, during ODD semester 2025-2026, and get an internship offer THROUGH
THE DIRECTORATE OF CAREER CENTRE, will be permitted to undergo the internship. The internship students
must pursue the courses of 7th semester under the SELF-STUDY mode. Students who get the internship offer
through their own sources MUST MANDATORILY REGISTER WITH THE DIRECTORATE OF CAREER CENTRE.
They will be permitted to undertake the internship IF AND ONLY IF the Directorate of Career Center approves the
internship, after due verification process.However the end-semester examination will be conducted in-person
only.

The academic calendar for 2025-2026 would soon be officially released, based on the above decision.
