Product Associate
Product Management & Research Department
Pakistan Stock Exchange is the only Stock Exchange of Pakistan, having its TREC Holders in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.

marketplace to facilitate capital formation for the benefit of investors, issuers and all stakeholders. In order to support its
mission critical operations, PSX has implemented state of the art technology infrastructure and applications.

PSX is looking for talented, qualified and highly motivated individuals for the role of Product Associate in Product Management
& Research Department which shall be based in Karachi Office.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the development and launch of new product offerings


 Conduct research and analysis of international exchanges and their product offerings to identify opportunities for
improvement
 Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's products and services
 Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
 Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve
organizational goals and objectives
 Any other task assigned by line manager

Required Skills:

 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


 Understanding of local and global financial markets and their product offerings
 Well-versed in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
 Effective written and spoken communication and presentation skills
 Strong analytical and project management skills

Preferred Education, Experience and Certifications:

 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance or other related fields


 CFA level 1 is a must; level 2 is preferred
 1-2 years of work experience in a financial institution (Asset Management, Securities Brokerage, Investment Banking,
etc.)
 Understanding of Islamic Finance, Equity Research, Portfolio Management, Risk Management or ESG will be a plus
