Born with a speaking disabilities (can’t deliver dialogue) Rowan Atkinson who had several
rejections, made a place of his own, and his style gave the character of Mr. Bean a permanent
place in the audience’s heart.
One of his famous quotes “I love walking in the rain because no
one can see me crying”.
The English actor, comedian and screenwriter was born on
January 6th, 1955 in New Castle upon Tyne, England. He is the
youngest of four brothers. He is married Sunetra Sastry in 1990
and have two children.
He is most famous for his roles in Mr. Bean.
Atkinson studied at Newcastle and Oxford universities. He earned master’s degree in
electrical engineering. He got his start performing sketches while studying at Oxford. He has
entertained several comedy shows at BBC radio 3 in 1979. In 1981, he became the youngest
performer to have had one man show in the west end.
He is the most famous comic actor. He is funny because he pulls strange faces all the time.
He is also too shy as he never asks questions. He is really the most known English funny
actor in the world.
