- Question 1: 45 minutes

Question 1: Composition (20 Marks)

Write a composition of 400 ? 450 words on any one of the following topics:

1. A strange encounter you had during a journey.

2. A memorable day when you helped a friend in need.

3. Should schools make sports compulsory for all students? Argue either for or against.

4. Hope (Write a reflective essay).

5. Books shape the mind. Present your reflections on this statement.

6. Write an original short story ending with: "And that?s how I knew it was just the beginning of

something incredible."

Question 2: Functional Writing

1. Speech Writing (15 Marks)

Deliver a speech on the topic: "The Importance of Kindness in Our Daily Lives."

Include greeting, definition, examples, and a call to action.

2. Proposal Writing (10 Marks)

You are a member of the Social Service Club. Write a proposal for organizing a cleanliness drive.
