• All employees are requested to reach at the pick points atleast 10 Minute prior the schedule time.
• Kindly support security team during checking / Investigation.
• Do not get on or Get off the bus while its moving, Allow it to stop at defined stopage.
• Incase of any emergency, please contact : + 2717660107 / 109.
• Do not reserve a seat or ask driver to reserve your seat
• Bus driver will not wait for anyone if any employee have not reached at stop at given schedule time. Kindly refrain from discussion /
argument / any communication with driver, any specific concerned to be routed through Security / Admin Team only.
• Cleanness of the facility is equal responsibility of employee also, hence do not throw litters /Plastic inside the buses
• If due to traffic conditions bus get delayed by few minutes, do support and cooperate
• For any bus maintenance related issue in staff bus immediately informed to Admin/security
• For any other bus related query/concern please contact Security / Admin (108 / 170)
• For Transport requirements on weekend or Holiday, share 1 day prior intimation with detail (i.e. Name / Department / Time / Pick up
Location as per holiday route).
• Follow Same route bus on daily bases if any permanent change in route please intimate admin / security
• We follow zero tolerance on tobacco or smoking, so please avoid it to keep it with you during travelling in company buses. During
vigilance if found, strict actions will be enforced.
