Opportunities
Jimma university, the political environment is in favor of supporting energy saving technologies.
MBB is motivated by environmental, energy independency, and economic (cost savings,
competitiveness, and value creation) considerations. We will have high potential of market
linkage with jimma university café . Jimma university will provide rent house, electricity, water
and flour powder for us. Oromia capital goods finance share company will provide as a machine
by financial lease which require only 10% down payment from total cost of the machine with
long term loan which will be totally recover by installment payment in 6 year. They give
payment free training on machine use baking bread. They will plant the machine by their own
operators and costs. They control the performance of company and machine in each month in a
year through their own branch manager and staff.

7.2. Threat
Shortage of utilities may be happen (electricity, water).
Lack of enough production place and store during expansion.
Inflation of flour powder may be happen.

7.3. Methods to overcome the threat


Jimma university will help us by providing:-
 stand by generator when shortage of electricity is happen
 powder from other company through it’s purchasing department.
 Place were machine will be planted and store of raw material

6. Service delivery strategy


We will rent the car to deliver the bread for those far away from our store and we use
seasonal(temporary) employee for the nearest one . we will control the safety of each product
through our staff. the quality and safety of our product is our core value.
